What are the responsibilities and job description for the Construction Project Manager position at Preload?
San Antonio, TX - As a Project Manager, you will be facilitating communications and coordination between all areas of the company from the field to the office - the engineers, the subcontractors, vendors, and accounting. You will also be assisting in meeting the project schedule and the safe construction of our prestressed concrete tank structures with the highest quality. Pay is in the $90K to $120K range, depending on experience, plus competitive benefits. This position would be preferably be someone based in Texas.
- Full involvement in tank construction from project start to completion
- Assist and transmit submittal packages with the assistance of our Engineering Department
- Prepare project schedules
- Attend site visits and monthly construction progress meetings to assess project construction
- Make visits to the site to ensure the safe and high-quality construction of our projects
- Interface with Subcontractors, Engineers, and Owners
