Description :
- General support of Customer Care department.
- Receive packages.
- Answer phones, route calls appropriately, and greet visitors in a professional, courteous manner.
- Accessioning; Data entry.
- Sample tracking internally and externally.
- Organize and assist in the retrieval of missing patient information.
- Responsible for faxing and mailing patient reports in a timely manner.
- Filing.
- Prepare detailed reports using Excel.
- Organize and maintain working areas.
- Monitor data entry and recruitment activity
- Perform data quality review and data cleaning tasks
- Assist staff with computer and database tasks
- Responsible for shipping specimen blocks to Pathology labs once cases have been reported
- Assist customer care team when needed
- Other tasks as assigned
