We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Expo/Food Runner to join our dynamic team. The Food Runner plays a crucial role in ensuring that our guests receive their orders promptly and accurately, contributing to an exceptional dining experience. Responsibilities
- Deliver food and beverages from the kitchen to the dining area efficiently and accurately.
- Ensure that all orders are complete and presented in an appealing manner before serving.
- Assist servers with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food items.
- Help with food preparation as needed, adhering to safety and hygiene standards.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and needs promptly.
- Collaborate with team members to create a positive dining atmosphere for guests.
Skills
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests.
- Experience in food handling, culinary practices, or food service is preferred.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
