As a Front-End Prompt Engineer, you’ll play a crucial role in reshaping this $20 billion industry that hasn’t seen real innovation in decades. Our mission? Give funeral homes the tools to take control of their preneed business, boosting their profitability by 25-50% and transforming how they serve their communities. We’ve already signed up multiple funeral home partners, established direct insurance relationships, and built a founding team with deep industry expertise. What You’ll Do:
As our Front-End Prompt Engineer, you won’t just code—you’ll help shape the future of our platform by connecting with our clients and collaborating closely with our principal engineer, who’s breaking barriers with AI, and a key external partner focused on user research, UX, and product design. Together, we’re a small but powerful team committed to delivering extraordinary results.
Your role will be twofold:
Front-End Development with AI Augmentation:
- Use LLMs to quickly convert product designs and ideas into 80% usable front-end code, enabling our engineering team to ship faster and more efficiently.
- Streamline development through AI, focusing on speed and scalability, rather than hand-coding HTML and CSS all day.
Product Ownership and Innovation:
- Bring a passion for digital product design, and help shape our roadmap with your own ideas of what should be built next.
- Work closely with the design team to convert Figma designs into responsive HTML/CSS pages, leveraging prompt engineering and making manual adjustments where necessary.
- Implement new features, refine existing ones based on user feedback, and explore new technologies that will enhance our product’s functionality and user experience.

- Are skilled in using tools and strategies to ensure pixel-perfect design implementation and consistency across multiple browsers and devices, minimizing the back-and-forth during the design handoff.
