Converse, TX - Graphic Designer (Premia Group)

Summary/Objective

The Tank Holding Corp. graphic designer is responsible for the visual brand identity for all Tank Holding brands within our dealer network and digital platforms. This role collaborates with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute visual content, including product catalogs, printed marketing materials, digital assets, trade show materials, and more. The graphic designer must be proficient in the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and have an expert understanding of the commercial print process and the ability to manage large-scale print runs across both digital and offset printing.

Essential Roles

• Develop and design marketing materials, including product catalogs, sell sheets, digital ads, website and social media graphics, email campaigns, and trade show materials.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute visual content that aligns with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
• Work closely with external vendors (e.g., printers) to ensure the accuracy and quality of printed materials.
• Oversee the shipping of printed marketing material as needed.
• Create and maintain design templates for consistent branding across all materials.
• Edit and update existing graphics, logos, badges, and designs as needed to support ongoing marketing efforts.
• Other duties as assigned

Work Environment

The Graphic Designer for Tank Holding Corp. will be based in the Premia Group offices located in Converse, Texas, alongside the rest of the marketing team. This position involves working in an office environment and may include brief trips outside to research products. These trips may also involve visiting production environments where the use of proper protective equipment is necessary.

Physical Demands

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. This position requires standing, and walking, and bending. The employee will regularly be required to lift and/or move items over 50 pounds. Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Communications, Digital Media, Visual Arts, or a related field (preferred.)
• 2 years of professional graphic design experience in a corporate or agency setting (preferred.)
