Job Summary:
We are seeking an enthusiastic Assistant Warehouse Manager to join our dynamic team! As an Assistant Warehouse Manager, you will support the Warehouse Manager in overseeing daily distribution operations, ensuring on-time and accurate deliveries. Your role will be essential in maintaining a smooth and efficient workflow, while working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Warehouse Manager in overseeing daily distribution operations.
- Coordinate inbound / outbound shipments.
- Lead and motivate a team of warehouse staff to meet and exceed performance targets.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure efficient stock management.
- Assist in problem-solving and resolving any distribution-related issues.
Requirements:
- 3 years of experience in distribution, logistics, or warehouse management.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, Spanish is a plus
- A positive attitude and a passion for helping others succeed.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Problem-solving skills with a focus on continuous improvement.
