Description
Liquid Fuel Administrator supports the daily operations by serving customers, recording transactions, housekeeping, and providing services for the main office.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Continuously follows the safety guidelines and safety programs established for the Liquid Fuels Departments
- Records sales transactions and receives payments for the transactions
- Greets customers in a friendly manner and helps them in finding products or services of Premier Energy
- Performs all assigned inside and outside housekeeping duties
- Support office staff, by answering the phone, filing, taking customer orders, etc.
- Receives payments from customers
- Keeps the office area clean
- Answer’s telephone, conveys messages, and runs errands
- Manage and distribute information within the office
- Assist and manage in planning of events and tasks throughout the company
- Other duties may be assigned
Requirements
Experience and Skills:
- High School Diploma, two years related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Clear communication skills and mathematical skills
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Commitment to excellence and high standards
- Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions
- Ability to follow established processes
- Proficient computer skills-Microsoft Office including, but not limited to Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams
