Job description
Premier Aggregates is a leader in the aggregate market in the state of Idaho. We specialize in providing quality sand and gravel products and logistics solutions for our customers. We are looking for a high-performing Sales Representative to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets. We are looking for an outgoing, personable, and driven person to help our business. This position will be responsible for maximizing our sales potential, crafting sales strategies, maintain and developing customer relationships and problem solve for those customers. This position will focus primarily on the construction and landscape markets in the Treasure Valley. This position primarily will work out of the office and driving around the area meeting customers and going to jobsites. A company vehicle will be provided. The base pay for this position is $75,000 with up to $500,000 annual bonus based off sales and meeting goals.

Skills
- Successful previous experience as a sales representative, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
- Committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars, and conferences.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
- Strong business sense and industry expertise.
- Fluent in Spanish preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Responsibilities
- Achieve growth and hit sales targets.
- Work with management to design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence.
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
- Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
- Identify emerging competitors and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
- Work to schedule orders with customers to maintain fast and efficient delivery schedule.
