We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented Business Development Representative to spearhead outbound sales campaigns and cultivate relationships with potential clients. This role involves leveraging CRM and sales tools, engaging prospects via LinkedIn and direct outreach, and collaborating closely with our Charter, MRO, and FBO divisions to drive business growth.

Responsibilities :

• Outbound Campaign Management : Develop and execute targeted outbound campaigns using CRM / Sales Outbound systems to identify and engage potential clients.
• Prospect Engagement : Utilize platforms like LinkedIn for networking and initiate direct communication through calls and messages to establish connections with prospective clients.
• Lead Qualification : Monitor responses from outbound campaigns and website inquiries, assess potential clients’ needs, and qualify leads for further engagement.
• Collaboration : Coordinate with Charter, MRO, and FBO divisions to align outreach efforts and ensure seamless client onboarding and service delivery.
• Meeting Coordination : Schedule and facilitate meetings between qualified leads and the appropriate division representatives, ensuring a smooth transition from prospecting to service engagement.
• CRM Management : Maintain accurate records of all interactions and client information within the CRM system to support effective follow-up and relationship management.
