SUMMARY
Join our dynamic team as a Summer Swim Coach and make a splash in the lives of young swimmers! As a vital member of our coaching staff, you'll work closely with our head coach to develop and implement engaging swim programs for students.
From leading practice sessions to providing feedback and encouragement, you'll play a key role in helping swimmers improve their skills and reach their full potential. ESSENTIAL DUTIES
- Assisting students in water with proper stroke techniques
- Communicate techniques to students clearly and concisely
- Ensure practices are running according to the Head Swim Coach's plan
- Set up and tear down swim meets and practices
- Help assign swimmers to the correct lanes during swim meets
- Creating a fun and inviting environment for students to learn in
- Perform other duties as assigned
