Premier Aquatics is looking for an Administrative Assistant for our office in Alexandria, VA. The position is full time and seasonal (March 17, 2025 - September 28, 2025). Weekends and holidays are required.
Job Duties:
- Assist office staff with daily tasks (answer phones, distribute phone messages and mail, file, etc.)
- Provide support to payroll and field staff
- Provide high level of customer service
- Perform regular office cleaning and organization
Skills:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Ability to operate a multi-line phone system
- Ability to multi-task
- Excellent communication, organization, and research skills
- Strong observation skills
- Punctual and responsible
Job Types: Full-time, Temporary
Pay: $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
