SUMMARY
Premier Aquatics is seeking a talented and enthusiastic Aqua Aerobics Instructor to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in aqua fitness instruction, a passion for helping others, and excellent communication skills. Responsibilities:
- Lead dynamic and engaging aqua aerobics classes for participants of all ages and fitness levels.
- Develop creative and effective workout routines that focus on cardiovascular endurance, strength training, flexibility, and overall wellness.
- Provide clear and concise instructions to participants, ensuring safety and proper form during exercises.
- Motivate and inspire class members to achieve their fitness goals and maintain a positive and supportive atmosphere.
- Establish rapport with participants and offer personalized attention and modifications as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the aqua aerobics area, including equipment and pool facilities.
- Stay informed about current trends and advancements in aqua fitness instruction and integrate new techniques and exercises into classes as appropriate.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience teaching aqua aerobics or similar group fitness classes preferred.
- Certification in aquatic fitness instruction (e.g., AEA, ACE, or equivalent) is required.
- Strong swimming skills and comfort working in a pool environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to motivate and inspire participants of diverse backgrounds and fitness levels.
- CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
- Reliable, punctual, and professional demeanor.

$20.00-$23.00/hr
