Position Overview :
As a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist, you will organize and deliver comprehensive speech-language services to facilitate rehabilitation and support residents in achieving their communication and swallowing goals.
Shift Available :Key Responsibilities :
- Provide high-quality speech therapy services in accordance with established standards of practice and departmental procedures.
- Evaluate residents and gather necessary data to inform treatment planning and implementation.
- Develop individualized treatment plans that include targeted goals and strategies for achieving optimal outcomes.
- Educate patients, families, and staff on effective speech-language techniques to promote the carryover of therapeutic goals into daily activities.
- Current license as a Speech-Language Pathologist in the state of Pennsylvania.
- Strong communication skills and a commitment to delivering resident-centered care.
