Responsibilities - Experienced Automotive Service Writer:
Guide customers through the auto repair/maintenance process, advise on service options and costs, offer specials, schedule appointments, greet customers, answer questions, follow vehicle from service bay entry to completion, ensure customers are satisfied, and more.
Qualifications - Experienced Automotive Service Writer:
- Experienced Automotive Service Writer/Advisor is preferred
- Good customer service, computer and communication skills
- A positive attitude and professional appearance
- Valid driver's license and insurance
- High school diploma or equivalent
