Job Summary:
We are searching for a Controller to join our Finance Department. This position is onsite in Laramie, Wyoming. We are housed in the beautiful Rocky Mountains with quick access to multiple outdoor activities. Laramie also houses the University of Wyoming, lending access to collegiate sports and the arts.
The Controller will plan, direct, monitor, coordinate, control, and manage the financial affairs and activities of Premier Bone and Joint Centers (PBJC).
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Manage overall financial operations to ensure accuracy in financial reporting and compliance with regulatory requirements
- Oversee tax functions and ensure compliance with IRS regulations
- Coordinate with external auditors and manage the annual audit process.
- Oversee banking activities and foreign credit insurance activities.
- Facilitate subsidiary companies accounting and reporting.
- Review and approve month-end financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports, along with their supporting work papers.
- Manage company cash flow
- Oversee all accounting work and set up internal and external audits to ensure the accuracy of information
- Over see the operations of the Accounting Department, which include accounts payable, bank reconciliation, and payroll
- Other duties and special projects as directed by Director of Finance.

Requirements
Education:
Bachelor’s Business Required
Experience:
5 Years of Experience Finance/Accounrting Required
Accounting, job costing, depreciation and reporting software Required
Microsoft Office Suite Intermeditate-Advanced in Excel, Word, Outlook, Powerpoint Required
Consolidated financial statements and multiple branches Preferred
