We are currently seeking a Field Merchandise Coordinator to work with our retail partners in the Los Angeles / San Fernando Valley. The Field Merchandise Coordinator is responsible for maintaining merchandising standards, execution, driving sales, and elevating The Kasper Group brands in stores by providing a well-maintained, organized shopping environment and developing a strong partnership with the stores to execute and elevate our brand standards.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to :
- Merchandise all Kasper Group brands throughout all size zones following execution guides.
- Partner with the stores to ensure sale sets and markdown execution.
- Build relationships with store teams to drive sales by brand by store.
- Complete weekly Store Visit Recaps.
- Communicate floor moves, best sellers, slow sellers, stock, and sizing opportunities.
