We are seeking a highly organized, independent and forward-thinking Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience with Microsoft Office 365, including PowerPoint and Publisher, QuickBooks and a strong ability to manage tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Create, edit, and maintain documents, presentations, and publications using Microsoft Office 365 tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher).
- Coordinate and support team meetings, including preparing agendas, taking notes, and following up on action items.
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and organize travel arrangements.
- Maintain and organize digital and physical filing systems.
- Assist with project coordination and administrative tasks to ensure deadlines are met.
- Respond to emails, phone calls, and other correspondence promptly and professionally.
- Provide general administrative support to the team and leadership.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in an administrative or similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, particularly PowerPoint and Publisher.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in all work.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $21.64 - $26.06 per hour
Expected hours: 35 per week
