Duties
- Greet and assist clients and visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, ensuring timely responses.
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendar management for staff members.
- Perform office management tasks including filing, data entry, and maintaining organized records.
- Proofread documents for accuracy before distribution or filing.
- Maintain a clean and welcoming reception area.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth office operations.
- Utilize computer systems for scheduling, client management, and record keeping.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in customer service or as a receptionist is preferred.
- Strong computer literacy with proficiency in office software applications.
- Familiarity with dental receptionist duties is a plus but not required.
- Excellent proofreading skills with keen attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining professionalism.
- Strong organizational skills with experience in office management preferred.
- Effective communication skills both written and verbal.
