You will travel to new sites to support aligning their operations, systems, and culture with our company's best practices. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Integration Planning: Work with team leaders to create a detailed plan that outlines the goals, timeline, and key tasks for each acquisition. Be ready to identify any potential hiccups and be conscious of how to proactively avoid them.
- Project Management: Lead and implement projects, coordinating training across various parts of the team. Set milestones, track progress, and ensure tasks are completed on time.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Build strong working relationships with teams from transitioning practices and our internal departments. Keep the communication flowing to ensure everyone is on the same page.
- Systems and Processes Alignment: Review the new teams' systems, processes, and technologies to see where integration and optimization are needed. Work with IT and operations teams to make the necessary changes and ensure a seamless transition.
- Performance Monitoring: Set up metrics and tracking methods to evaluate the success of integration efforts. Keep an eye on post-integration performance, spot areas for improvement, and suggest corrective actions if needed.
- Documentation and Reporting: Keep accurate records of integration processes, decisions, and outcomes. Prepare regular reports for senior management, highlighting progress, challenges, and achievements.
- Travel: Be prepared to travel to different states, visiting various offices to ensure smooth integration and provide on-site support.
- Ability to travel to multiple states.
- Experience in project management, especially in mergers and acquisitions or integrations is a plus.
- Good understanding of our organizational structures, and operations.
- Excellent communication and people skills, with the ability to work well with diverse teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify issues, propose solutions, and make decisions.
- Proficient understanding of our processes and policies, with the capability to train others in these.
- Familiarity with tools and technologies we offer.
