Commercial Painter

As a Commercial Painter at Premier Choice Painting LLC, your primary responsibility is to deliver top-tier painting services across a wide range of commercial projects. You'll be working in diverse environments including retail spaces, often during open hours, requiring professionalism and care around customers. Projects involve working on ladders, scissor lifts, boom lifts, scaffolding, and more.

• Key Responsibilities

Prep and protect work areas (may include covering merchandise)

Paint designated surfaces with attention to detail and efficiency

Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of job sites

Perform final cleanup and organize tools/materials upon completion

Follow safety standards and work under the supervision of onsite foreman and office direction

• Tools & Equipment

Must provide all personal hand tools (rollers are provided)

Professional demeanor, particularly while working in customer-facing environments

• Requirements

Minimum 1 year of commercial painting experience

Basic brush and roller skills

Willingness to travel for extended periods

Strong work ethic and reliability

• Nice-to-Have:

Experience in Sheetrock finishing

• Compensation & Benefits

Starting Pay: $20 per hour, based on experience,

Per Diem : $40/Day

*Per diem and hotel accommodations provided for all travel assignments*

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 60 per week

Schedule:

• 10 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Weekends as needed
• Year round work

Experience:

• Painting: 1 year (Required)

Ability to Commute:

Willingness to travel:

• 25% (Preferred)
