What are the responsibilities and job description for the Commercial Estimator/Inspector position at Premier Claims?
Responsible completing preliminary estimates created off limited information of commercial or residential properties for a Public Adjusting Company. Revisions will be needed as required as more information is discovered.
Responsibilities
1. Work with our inspections team and adjusting team to draft preliminary and accurate estimates of property with little to no info about the property.
2. As more information is obtained, more detailed revisions will be required.
3 Understand and know how to use Xactimates to draft estimates.
4. On site inspections will be required time to time.
-Travel could be required for inspections
Qualifications
1. Experience in project cost and estimating.
2. Excellent knowledge of roofing techniques and materials.
3. Ability to identify damage to roofing systems from insured losses.
4. Proficient with Xactimate and has their own account.
5. Proven ability to work under minimal direct supervision.
6. Possess a thorough knowledge of roofing legal issues and safety standards.
7. Experience in Commercial Roofing.
Job Types: Part-time, Contract
Pay: $500.00 - $3,000.00 per month
