We’re looking for a Key Account Manager to oversee our commercial clients and their assigned housekeeping staff. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in customer and employee management, has a knack for sales, and enjoys creating positive, long-lasting relationships.
What You’ll Do:
- Serve as the primary contact for assigned commercial clients, ensuring their needs are met with exceptional service.
- Build strong relationships with housekeeping staff, ensuring they are set up for success with the right training, support, and resources.
- Regularly engage with housekeepers to address challenges, provide encouragement, and foster a positive work environment.
- Conduct walkthroughs and inspections to maintain quality standards and identify areas for improvement.
- Be proactive in problem-solving, addressing issues before they become challenges for clients or employees.
- Complete and submit reports for management on client satisfaction, employee performance, and operational needs.
- Monitor performance and satisfaction for both clients and employees, proactively addressing concerns.
- Identify opportunities to expand services with existing clients and engage new commercial accounts.
- Handle client inquiries and concerns with a proactive, solutions-oriented approach.
- Be a backup for other Key Account Managers.
What We’re Looking For:
- 3 years of experience in customer and employee management.
- Some sales experience to engage with current clients and cross-sell services.
- Strong focus on client satisfaction and creating a positive work culture for employees.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
- Passion for supporting employees and ensuring they have what they need to succeed.
- Previous experience in the cleaning services industry is desirable
- Must Speak English and Spanish
