Premier Collision Center is a busy, established, auto body facility with multiple locations seeking an A and B Technician to join our team that has a minimum of 4 years of experience.
FLAT RATE pay structure. Pay will be based on experience. A flat rate pay structure is unlimited.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
Repair accident related damage to vehicles.
Structural repairs such as panel, radiator support, & door skin replacements
Restoring them to pre-collision condition in accordance with industry standards and factory specifications in a timely manner.
Welding (aluminum preferred, but not required)
Sheet metal fabrication
Be able to perform quality repairs with exceptional fit and finishes.
Metal straightening and filling to get the panel ready for primer.
Plastic repairs including bumpers and moldings
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS :
Has a minimum of 4 years experience
Proven experience as a Body Shop Technician or in a similar role
Certification in auto body repair is a plus
Strong knowledge of vehicle construction and repair techniques
Proficiency in using body repair tools and equipment
Excellent attention to detail and precision in work
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
Effective communication skills
