What are the responsibilities and job description for the Home Care Aide Full Time/Part Time position at Premier Comfort Care?
Company Overview:
Premier Comfort Care was started by our owner because she wished her dad had amazing caregivers at home. She wanted more time with him before he passed away—and that dream is now the heart of our company.
We believe our caregivers are the most important part of what we do. When caregivers feel supported and happy, they give better care to our clients. That’s why we make sure our caregivers are treated with respect, kindness, and support from day one.
We’re a woman and veteran-owned company, and we’re all about helping seniors live longer, fuller lives at home. To keep our team strong and connected, our owner also hosts fun, free monthly team bonding events for caregivers and their families. We laugh together, eat together, and support one another—because when we’re connected, we care even better.
