Responsibilities include :
- Process cash letters for Automated Clearing House (ACH)
- Perform branch capture imaging and document storage
- Assist customers by trouble shooting their online banking and debit card needs or concerns via all channels through which customers are served
- Provide maintenance to bank customer's deposit accounts
- Complete various data processing duties
- Maintain a high level of customer service while exhibiting Premier's core values
