Direct Support Professional (DSP) Job Summary
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Direct Support Professionals to provide person-centered support for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (ID/DD). As a DSP, you will work one-on-one with our clients, following established support plans and setting goals to enhance their daily life skills and community interactions. Benefits:
* Competitive hourly rate: $23-$26 per hour
* 401K plan with up to 4% employer match after 90 days of employment
* Comprehensive training program, including 24 hours of annual training, OIS, and CPR/First Aid certification
