Different from a traditional Architectural firm, Premier designers and architects work directly with the construction team, who are their direct co-workers. Responsibilities
Facilitate meetings with both small and large clients to assess their project needs
Visualize client’s business needs, create and articulate architectural space plan designs.
Ability to create complete design-build construction drawings for interior build-out projects.
Manage the client, team, and project coordination on your assigned projects, in most cases full drawing documentation.
Participate in Business Development, writing proposals and the interview process.
Ability to mentor, motivate and lead others
Prepare for team and client meetings and presentations, including preparation of graphics and 3D renderings
Work with in-house construction team on construction administrative tasks
Field measuring
Miscellaneous administrative duties as required
Qualifications :
6-10 years of experience with an architectural or interiors firm
Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture or Architecture from an accredited college / university
Strong space planning skills on large projects a must
