Summary
We are seeking an enthusiastic Scenic Apprentice to join our team. This entry-level position offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the creative industry while working alongside skilled professionals. You will contribute to various projects that enhance your understanding of design and production.
The Scenic Apprentice is primarily responsible for supporting the quality and inventory control of and executing on our show prep support efforts for Creative Scenic Services. From keeping the aisle free and clear and tidy with high level organizational skills, the Scenic Apprentice finds a place for everything and keeps everything in its place.
Supporting accurate inventory counts, timely pulling, staging and return of gear from pull sheets and return manifests are all part of a regular day in the scenic aisle. In an effort to setup our Technical Services counterparts for success in the field, we test and assemble scenic elements as a team before they arrive on show site. As different client needs arise, the Scenic Aisle Apprentice also lends support to the production and laying of prints as well as light duty fabrication shop builds in an assembly line capacity.
Requirements
- 3 Years of Warehouse or Industrial experience preferred
- A/V experience preferred
- Ability to get a Chauffeurs license and forklift license
- Experience with WMS/IMS & Office 365
