Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Dental Treatment Coordinator to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in facilitating patient care by coordinating treatment plans, managing patient documentation, and ensuring smooth operations at the front desk. This position requires excellent communication skills and proficiency in dental administrative support systems.
Responsibilities:
- Educate and assist patients with understanding treatment plans and financial options
- Coordinate and schedule patient appointments efficiently
- Verify insurance benefits and help patients maximize their coverage
- Present payment options and financing plans in a professional, compassionate manner
- Work closely with the dental team to ensure an exceptional patient experience.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for patients, providing information about treatment options and answering any questions they may have.
- Perform front desk duties including scheduling appointments, checking in patients, and managing patient flow.
- Utilize Dentrix software for efficient patient management.
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed to support the office operations.
- Maintain a welcoming environment for patients and their families, demonstrating empathy and professionalism at all times.
- Collaborate with doctors to facilitate effective communication regarding patient care.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential for success in this role.
