Job Description:
Premier Detailing is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Paint Protection Film (PPF) Installer to join our expert team. In this role, you will be responsible for applying high-quality PPF to a variety of vehicles, ensuring precision and durability while maintaining the highest industry standards.
Responsibilities:
- PPF Installation: Accurately measure, cut, and install Paint Protection Film on vehicles, including full-body and partial applications.
- Surface Preparation: Properly clean and prep vehicle surfaces to ensure proper adhesion of PPF.
- Trimming & Finishing: Ensure seamless edges, precise cuts, and a flawless finish.
- Quality Control: Inspect work for bubbles, misalignments, or defects, making necessary adjustments.
- Customer Interaction: Occasionally explain PPF benefits to customers and ensure satisfaction with final results.
- Equipment Maintenance: Maintain tools, film, and installation equipment in optimal condition.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other installers and detailing professionals to maintain a smooth workflow.
Requirements:
- Experience: 1 years of PPF installation experience preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
- Skills: Strong attention to detail, patience, and ability to work with precision.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with different PPF brands, installation techniques, and vehicle surfaces.
- Physical Ability: Able to stand for long periods, bend, and work with hands for extended periods.
- Work Ethic: Punctual, reliable, and committed to delivering top-tier results.
- Valid Driver’s License: Required to move and position vehicles as needed.
