Vice President of Construction

Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Vice President of Construction to lead our construction division. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in project management, strategic planning, and business development within the construction industry. Responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction and oversight for all construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
• Lead and mentor project managers and teams, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages professional growth.
• Develop and implement process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and project delivery.
• Manage profit and loss for the construction division, ensuring financial targets are met or exceeded.
• Drive business development efforts by identifying new opportunities, building client relationships, and expanding market presence.
• Oversee sales strategies to secure new contracts while maintaining existing client relationships.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and industry best practices throughout all projects.
• Collaborate with other executive leaders to align construction goals with overall company objectives.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a senior leadership role within the construction industry, with a strong emphasis on project management.
• Demonstrated expertise in strategic planning, process improvement, and business development.
• Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and drive performance.
• Strong understanding of profit loss management principles and financial acumen.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
• A bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is preferred; advanced degrees or certifications are a plus.

Pay: $175,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
