Part-time Renal Dietitian

Position: Per Patient Renal Dietitian (Remote – Tennessee Licensed Only)
Status: Independent Contractor / Per Patient Basis

We’re looking for a licensed Renal Dietitian in Tennessee to join our growing 100% in-home dialysis model. This is a remote, flexible, low-time-commitment opportunity that pays generously per patient.

Here’s what makes this role different:

• Zero set hours. No shifts, no clocking in, no interrupting your full-time job.

• Work from home. All contact is done by phone, text, or video call.

• Just one monthly touchpoint per patient. That's it.

• Pays very well hourly for the time required.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Monthly nutrition follow-ups with peritoneal dialysis or home hemodialysis patients (1x/month minimum).

• Documenting brief notes and recommendations in our digital charting platform (Heidi Health).

• Collaborating with our clinical team only when needed – no meetings or calls unless you choose to participate.

• No case management load – you only follow patients assigned to you, and only need to contact them monthly.

What you need:

• Active Tennessee RD license

• Renal experience preferred, but not required

• Comfortable with remote patient communication

• Ability to chart independently using a mobile or web app (training provided)

Compensation:
Paid per patient each month – rate discussed at time of interview. Most dietitians report making more than traditional part-time hourly roles, with a fraction of the time.
