General Statement of the Job
The Segment Manager is responsible for managing and overseeing sales and merchandising activities within a specific segment or territory. This role involves directly supervising Team Leaders and ensuring all sales and merchandising standards and requirements are met. The Segment Manager reports to the Region Sales Manager.

Work experience requirement: Previous industry-related experience in sales and sales management.

Age requirement: Must be at least 21 years old.

License(s)/certification(s) required: Class D Driver's License.

Driving record requirement: No more than 2 moving violations within three years. No DWI convictions.

Qualifications
Duties of the Job
- Plan sales, merchandising, and POS objectives before each call to maximize Hensley Beverage product sales and merchandising in all retail accounts, using Busch Selling Skills, Impact Selling, Structured Sales Process, and Merchandising Standards.
- Book POS items in each retail account.
- Post the pre-sale in iPad at the time of the sale.
- Follow the Inventory Management process when ordering products.
- Greet customers in a friendly and courteous manner, maintaining respect and goodwill with customers and co-workers by exhibiting teamwork and leadership.
- Be accountable for all assigned monies, equipment, inventory, and other company assets.
- Be alert for opportunities for special orders, picnics, parties, and special occasions, and handle seasonal promotions as requested.
- Rotate products as needed and monitor accounts for code date freshness to ensure compliance with all Hensley Beverage product quality assurance standards.
- Properly care for and maintain the cleanliness of PDC vehicles and equipment.
- Use good driving habits while operating the vehicle and obey traffic laws.
- Coordinate, schedule, and supervise the activities of the sales team.
- Ensure all training of sales team members is up to date.
- Conduct training in sales departmental meetings.
- Manage department budget and headcount.
- Resolve sales issues involving retailers.
- Perform all other duties as assigned and directed by Management.
