Required Shift:Monday - Friday, full-time, 4 ten-hour days
Compensation: $18-19/hr,based on education and experience

- Assistthe lead teacher with all aspectsof the classroomin a manner consistent with the philosophy and goals of the center.
- Implement activitiesthatencourage each child’s growth in the areas of emotion, social, cognitive, creative,and physical development.
- Take direction, accept constructive criticism,and feedback, and make improvements and changes as necessary for the betterment of the quality of the program.
- Createandmaintainan environment that is clean and safe for all children.
- Establishing a professional level of rapport with each family toprovidequality care for the children.
- Physical ability to work around small children including sitting, standing, walking, running,and climbing stairs.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 40 lbs. and fulfill all physical requirements of the role.
