Sunnybrook Day School is a licensed childcare center seeking Floaters/Teacher Aides to support the following age groups:
To be QUALIFIED for this position, we require a minimum of a high school diploma and previous experince is always a plus! We require the ability to pass all background checks.
Required Shift: Monday - Friday, Part Time Hours 2:000pm - 5:30pm or 2:00pm - 6:00pm
Compensation:$15 - $16 an hourbased on education and experience

- Assist the lead teacher with all aspects of the classroom in a manner consistent with the philosophy and goals of the center.
- Implement activities that encourage each child’s growth in the areas of emotion, social, cognitive, creative, and physical development.
- Take direction, accept constructive criticism, and feedback, and make improvements and changes as necessary for the betterment of the quality of the program.
- Create and maintain an environment that is clean and safe for all children.
- Establishing a professional level of rapport with each family to provide quality care for the children.
- Physical ability to work around small children including sitting, standing, walking, running, and climbing stairs.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 40 lbs. and fulfill all physical requirements of the role.
