We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Field Sourcing Coordinator/Admin Assistant to join our team. Responsibilities
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
- Assist with proofreading documents to ensure clarity and correctness.
- Maintain organized filing systems for easy retrieval of information.
- Support bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks and other financial software as needed.
- Provide personal assistant support to executives or team members when required.
- Assist with clerical duties such as copying, scanning, and mailing documents.
- Ensure the office environment is tidy and well-organized.
- Source materials as needed for multiple projects at one time.
- Build relationships with vendors and clients

Experience
- Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position is preferred.
- Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is required; knowledge of QuickBooks/Freshbooks is advantageous.
- Strong typing skills with attention to detail for accurate data entry and document preparation.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential for effective interaction with team members and clients.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively in a fast-paced environment.
