Basic Requisites:
- Follows all company safety and sanitation policies and procedural training.
- Washes and provides clean and sanitized plate ware, glassware, silverware, pots, pans, kitchen utensils using sanitation policies.
- Cleans and sanitizes throughout shift.
- Maintains kitchen area cleanliness- sweeps, mops, removes debris from floor, etc.
- Performs assigned prep work, opening/closing duties, beautification duties.
- Prepares and maintains dish machine at opening, during business hours, and at closing.
- Can physically stand/walk 100 % of shift.
- Can reach, bend, stoop.
- Can immerse hands in water frequently, diluted with chemical solutions
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs. several times per shift, lift these heavy loads to high shelves, coolers, freezers.
- Works in damp, high temperature environment indoors and minimally outdoors.
- Works safely with hot plates, pots and pans.
- Works safely with sharp knives and utensils.
- Supports fellow employees as needed.
