- Carry and install beach chairs, cabanas and umbrellas for guests.
- Assist in keeping rental equipment clean and properly maintained.
- Physically able to carry paddleboards, kayaks, and other beach items as needed.
- Maintain the beach area in accordance to set standards.
- Maintain proper inventory of supplies, umbrellas, amenities and other items required for service delivery.
- Greet and welcome all guests and members.
- Control and monitor activities on the beach.
- Handle cash and credit card transactions.
- Follow all company, hotel safety rules and procedures.
- Participate in all scheduled training and orientation meetings.
- Work year-round outdoors on the beach.
Beach Attendant/Watersports Skills required:
- Must be outgoing, friendly demeanor
- Enjoy dealing with the public.
- Great verbal communication skills
- Highly responsible
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Lift a minimum of 50lbs if required.
- Comfortable working in extreme weather conditions, such as heat, cold, and/or rain.
- Available to work flexible schedule; weekends and holidays.
Salary: :$12.00-$14.00 per hour
