Executive Special Projects Support and Executive Travel - Executive Support SME III

Premier Enterprise Solutions is seeking an Executive Special Projects Support and Executive Travel to support the Office of the Undersecretary of Defense for Intelligence and Security (OUSD(I&S)).

Job Responsibilities Include

  • Support encompasses the Government's management of special projects and front office activities including Executive travel.
  • Outreach Events: Approximately three trips monthly, the Contractor shall plan, organize, and facilitate events for senior level DoD executives. The Contractor shall ensure all details and preparation for the events are accomplished. This activity requires experience working with front office and senior level personnel.
  • Protocol Events: Approximately twice monthly, the Contractor shall research required protocol and ensure protocol is addressed for senior political executives. This activity requires knowledge and experience working with front office and senior level executives.
  • Executive Travel, Premium Travel, Military Air, and Invitational Travel Requirements: For approximately three trips monthly, the Contractor shall prepare all travel documents, both in the Defense Travel System (DTS) and manually (if required) for USD(I&S) support. Documents include, but are not limited to, passport and visa applications, White House, Agencies', commands, and other related executive travel correspondence. The Contractor shall support the Government lead on all Executive and Agencies' Executive requirements, including working with foreign and U.S. embassies. This activity requires quick turn around and short timelines, involving local travel to embassies to obtain visa and passport documentation. Requires attention to detail, and knowledge/experience working with executive level personnel.
  • Approximately once a month, initiates, prepares, reviews, correspondence for all executive support functions.
  • Approximately once a month, assist with managing the parking management program, clearing visitors and permanent employees for daily parking or parking passes.

Skills/Qualifications

  • Six (6) Years of experience in an executive support capacity.

Education Requirement

  • B.A./B.S. from an accredited school is required.

Clearance Requirement

  • Active TS/SCI Clearance is required.

  • Onsite Washington, D.C.
