Duties
- Supervise daily operations of the service department to ensure efficiency and productivity.
- Manage scheduling of service appointments and technician assignments.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, concerns, and service recommendations.
- Oversee the completion of vehicle maintenance tasks including oil changes, brake repairs, and alignments.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and maintain a clean work environment.
- Train and mentor technicians on best practices in equipment repair and customer interaction.
- Implement upselling strategies to enhance service offerings and improve revenue.
- Maintain accurate records of services performed, parts used, and customer interactions.
