What are the responsibilities and job description for the Rental Equipment Coordinator position at Premier Equipment Rental, Inc.?
- Must be knowledgeable of construction light duty rental equipment
- Initiate excellent customer services interaction and directions with rental customers.
- Answer phones and take orders from customers using proper telephone etiquette and redirect other calls to appropriate parties
- Complete rental agreements, accurately communicate equipment & attachment availability to internal and external customers, set up transportation of equipment to complete rental transactions
- Complete Rental Invoicing
- Communicate effectively with key rental personnel concerning equipment status and inventory levels
- Make job quotes
- Confirm that all equipment being shipped out is correct
- Computer Skills - Rental Man software knowledge preferred
- May perform other duties to support the daily routine as required by Operations Manager
