Responsibilities:
The Front Desk Team Member position handles all aspects of a Busy & High Demand Front Desk taking reservations for conference rooms, processing client/guest check-ins, general administrative assistance to the Building Manager, and other responsibilities as needed.

Requirements for the position:
- Must be able to multitask and stay calm under pressure handling situations with ease and confidence.
- Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and enjoy assisting clients’ needs.
- Reliable transportation.
- Clear speaking voice and positive demeanor on the phone and in person.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Flexibility and teamwork.
- Able to multitask.
- Stand, sit or walk for an extended period of time.
- Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information.
- Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance.
- High School Graduate (or GED).
- Computer literate and typing skills of at least 30 words per minute.
