Key Responsibilities
- Leadership & Team Development : Provide daily guidance to a team of four Product Development Managers, ensuring projects stay on track from concept through the first production run.
- Project Oversight : Define scopes, timelines and milestones while proactively identifying and resolving challenges to ensure successful execution of end to end product development projects.
- Client Engagement : Partner with Product Development Managers in client meetings to align on strategies, address challenges and deliver solutions.
- Process Improvement : Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to create structure and flexibility for diverse client needs.
- Performance Tracking : Create and manage a real-time dashboard to monitor progress, track milestones and provide performance insights.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with supply chain, R&D, regulatory teams, contract manufacturer and vendors to ensure seamless project execution.
- Communication Standards : Elevate team communication to ensure clarity and alignment with leadership on key decisions and action plans.
- Supplier Base Expansion : Guide the team in sourcing and managing a robust supplier base for components, focusing on pricing insights and vendor relations.
- Continuous Improvement : Conduct post-project analyses to refine processes, improve timelines and enhance risk management strategies.
