Accounts Payable Associate
Fast growing commercial/residential siding/stucco company in search of an Accounts Payable
Associate to join our team.
The Accounts Payable Associate would need to have a basic understanding of accounting
principles. Construction/Homebuilding experience is preferred but not necessary.
This is a salary Full-Time position Monday Friday.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Enter invoices against purchase orders in Netsuite
- Enter overhead bills in Netsuite
- Reconcile monthly vendor statements
- Complete new vendor applications
- Create monthly newsletter
- Order office/kitchen supplies
- Filing
- Various Office Duties
KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS:
- Excel/Word
- Netsuite preferred
- Construction experience preferred
- Must be computer literate
- Must be able to work independently and as a team
- Commitment to detail is necessary
- Must be organized and a quick learner
Compensation:
- $42,000 - $45,000 based on experience
