Premier Exteriors is seeking a Masonry Estimator. The ideal candidate will have previous experience with Exterior Cladding.

Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze construction drawings and specifications to estimate costs accurately
- Review project plans and proposals to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Identify potential project risks and provide recommendations for mitigation
- Develop detailed project budgets and cost estimates
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to ensure project success
- Negotiate with vendors and subcontractors to obtain the best pricing and terms
- Prepare accurate and timely bid proposals for clients
- Conduct site visits to assess project conditions and accurately estimate costs
- Maintain project cost data and continuously update estimates throughout the project lifecycle
Knowledge/Skills:
- 5 years of construction estimating experience preferred
- Proficiency in construction cost estimating and project management software
- Bid projects and take them to the contract award phase
- Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures
- Proficiency with Excel
- Knowledge of general construction
- Experience with siding, stucco & exterior cladding preferred
- Familiarity with construction drawings and specifications
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to negotiate with vendors and subcontractors to obtain the best pricing and terms
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Willingness to continuously learn and stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements
Compensation:
- Full time
- $85,000 - $95,000 commensurate with experience
