Family Nurse Practitioner

Overview
Our private practice is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care across various age groups, including senior and infant care. As an FNP, you will play a critical role in assessing, diagnosing, and managing patients' health needs while collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care. This is for a PRN position that could possibly lead to PT. We strong encourage independent providers to apply as well .

Duties

• Conduct thorough patient assessments to evaluate health status and medical history.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans based on patient needs.
• Perform venipuncture and other necessary procedures as required.
• Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding health management and disease prevention.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care effectively.
• Stay updated on best practices in family medicine and participate in continuous professional development.

Experience

• Proven experience in patient care.
• Proficiency in basic life support techniques and emergency response protocols.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
