Senior Accountant | Garden Grove, CA (On-site, Hybrid after training)
A fast-growing healthcare company in Garden Grove is looking for a Senior Accountant to take the reins on full-cycle accounting. This team distributes prescriptions for home use and is filled with passionate medical professionals—and they need a skilled accounting pro to help keep the numbers as sharp as the care they deliver.
You’ll work closely with the VP of Ops, two founders, nursing staff, and billing team—so this is a high-visibility role with real impact.
What You’ll Do:
- Handle full-cycle accounts payable
- Own month-end close and financial reporting
- Manage balance sheet reconciliations (liabilities, fixed assets, prepaids, etc.)
- Work with QuickBooks (must know bank recs!)
What You Bring:
- Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance
- 2–4 years of accounting experience (preferably in a fast-paced, small company)
- Solid balance sheet and reconciliation experience
- Confidence running the show—this is the go-to accounting seat!
- Bonus points: experience in healthcare, pharma, or retail accounting
