Our client is looking for an experienced Tax Senior to lead and oversee the tax review process. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with sophisticated clients, manage complex tax engagements, and contribute to a dynamic, fast-growing practice.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage tax engagements.
- Review complex tax returns, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
- Provide strategic tax planning and advisory services, identifying opportunities for tax efficiency.
- Supervise and mentor tax staff, fostering professional development and maintaining high-quality standards.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor on tax matters.
- Stay up to date on evolving tax laws and regulations, proactively advising clients and internal teams.
- Collaborate with partners and other departments to support client needs and contribute to firm growth.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Master’s in Taxation or CPA preferred).
- 2 years of experience in public accounting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and team members.
- Proficiency in tax software and research tools (e.g., CCH, ProSystem fx).
Salary: $80,000 - $100,000
