We’re looking for a seasoned and insightful Tax Senior Manager to take the lead in advising our high-net-worth individual (HNWI) clients and their families. This is not your typical tax role — it’s a chance to serve as a trusted advisor on all things financial, helping clients navigate the complexities of wealth with clarity and confidence. Responsibilities
- Serve as the lead relationship manager for HNW clients, including business owners, executives, family offices, and multigenerational families.
- Develop and implement tax strategies related to estate, gift, trust, charitable giving, and income tax planning.
- Review complex individual tax returns, trusts, partnerships, and private foundations.
- Collaborate with attorneys, investment advisors, and other external professionals to deliver cohesive financial strategies.
- Mentor and lead staff and managers, overseeing work quality and professional development.
- Conduct and supervise high-level technical research on complex tax issues.
- Ensure all engagements are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Keep clients informed of tax law changes and strategic opportunities.
- Play an active role in expanding the private client group through networking, referrals, and strategic insights.
Requirements:
- CPA license required; JD or CFP® is a plus.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Accounting, Taxation, or related field.
- 8 years of tax experience, with a clear focus on HNW individuals and related entities.
- Deep knowledge of individual, trust, estate, and gift tax planning strategies.
- Experience managing client relationships at a senior level.
- Exceptional attention to detail, confidentiality, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in tax research tools and tax preparation software.
Salary: $150,000 - $200,000
