Premier Flooring is a market leader in the Louisville builder market, who recently acquired Same Kinnaird's Flooring, a market leader in retail flooring. This combination has produced significant growth recently and are still expanding! As a result, we are looking for an energetic Custom Builder Sales Representative to join our team!

This person will work with our internal design staff to provide an exceptional sales experience to our custom builder customers.
Required Skills:
Organized, thorough, detailed and a logical problem solver.
Ability to prioritize and work on multiple projects, to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Strong computer skills and ability to learn new software quickly.
Must be flexible to quickly adapt and respond to changes.
Ability to understand floor plan layouts.
Flooring knowledge is a plus.
Prior experience with RFMS is a plus.
Bi-lingual in Spanish is a plus.
Responsibilities:
Build, maintain and personalize relationships with our existing customers.
Proven ability to seek out and win new customers.
Meet with customers in showroom or on customer-site with Design Teams.
Calculating the flooring budget for the home, building quotes and creating any necessary overage/change orders.
Completing the design Take off's with physical drawing or computer program.
General day-to-day account management.
Daily communication with our Premier Flooring Field Representatives to stay abreast of any potential installation issues and work with customer to resolve issues.
Prior experience with custom builder sales is preferred.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
